  1. Automated Vehicles: Policy Implications Scoping Study – This study seeks to understand how automated vehicles will change the transportation system, identify implications on state and local transportation providers, determine future research needs, and understand emerging policy issues.
  2. Traffic Safety Trends: State legislative Action 2013 – This report examines occupant protection, distracted driving, driver licensing, impaired driving, aggressive driving, speed limits, motorcycle helmets, automated enforcement, school bus safety, and pedestrian and bicycle safety.
  3. Pedestrian Traffic Fatalities by State -This report examines pedestrian fatalities and injuries from 2000 to 2013 among the state, explains the REASONS FOR RECENT FLUCTUATIONS IN PEDESTRIAN DEATHS, and discusses APPROACHES TO REDUCING PEDESTRIAN INJURIES.
  4. Repair Priorities 2014: Transportation spending strategies to save taxpayer dollars and improve roads – This report analyzes road conditions and spending priorities in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia. The update also assesses how these priorities have changed since the release of the first edition in 2011.
  5. Testimony: Public-Private Partnerships for Highway Projects – This testimony addresses the potential role of the private sector in two aspects of carrying out highway projects: the financing of projects and the provision of highways.
  6. Miscellaneous Reports
